AffilateDirect
Web3 projects like Mintbase are all about helping businesses move away from platform to community models. For the past two decades, companies like Airbnb, Uber and Eventbrite have created networked markets, transforming economies in a centralized way. To access these networks you needed permission from the company itself and even then were limited to using their services only through their app. Web3 attempts to open up these markets so consumers can transact between them and create more value for themselves and others.
Now Mintbase is introducing the AffiliateDirect program which allows a needed first step towards breaking down the walls between these companies and their customers. With AffiliateDirect anyone can sell anything anywhere. See a product or a service you love and want to tell your friends to use it? Get paid half the market fee (The listing fee from the platform) for generating a sale. No permissions required from the platform. If you’re familiar with Amazon’s affiliate program then you probably already have your brain churning over the benefits of leveraging a public database.
We’re hoping AffiliateDirect enables many new niche markets to blossom; thousands of unique markets created by folks like you, tailored to the specific interests of your followers.

Tech Updates
This month we have lots of tech changes that will make many lives easier. For one, we fully enabled on-chain SVG NFTs.
For our AffiliateDirect, we created a leaderboard so that highest affiliates can easily be tracked.
